This page gives some of the background to the Radar Masters programme, and explains how it works. The programme is designed to support students who cannot be resident in Cape Town for the full duration to complete all the courses, by using distance learning techniques during the follow-up periods.
Various forms of postgraduate degree are possible. The Masters degree in Radar is offered with three different degree structures, viz. professional taught masters degree, research masters degree with coursework and research masters degree by dissertation. Students can also continue to study for a PhD, or to upgrade their Masters. We offer the option of registering as an occasional postgraduate student for individual courses for non-degree purposes, or alternatively, you can attend the courses as a continuing professional development (CPD) student. Find out more about these options here.
This page gives a brief indication of the costs of attending the courses.
On this page, you can learn more about our permanent members of staff, which include lecturers and teaching staff, as well as admin staff who are available to assist you behind the scenes.
